Works great! I wear it at night for sleep tracking and find it's been very reliable. It also seems to do well with tracking health and steps as well, even though in my case that's not been the primary intent. Each charge lasts several days (unlike my apple watch or other wearables I've used). Make sure to get it sized correctly as you would with any other rings - you want it snug but not too tight.
